2. Return Window

  • You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Return requests raised after 3 days will not be entertained.

3. Return Approval Process

    • Ask for images/videos of the product in its current condition.
    • Conduct a manual review of your request.
    • Approve or reject the return based on our verification.
  • Return is not automatic. We manually verify the claim before issuing a return approval.
  • If approved, we will arrange for a pickup or ask you to ship it back to us depending on your location.

4. Product Condition During Return

  • The returned product must be in its original condition with all accessories, manuals, packaging, and invoice included.
  • If the product is received by us in a used or damaged state, your return will be rejected and the product will be sent back to you at your cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • Items with missing parts or packaging.

4. No Cash Refunds
