1. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1โ2 business days of successful payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote or out-of-delivery areas may take up to 10 days.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on select products and promotional offers.
- For other orders, shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned during checkout before payment.
5. Courier Partners
We work with trusted logistics providers such as:
- Delhivery
- Blue Dart
- Ekart
- DTDC
- India Post (for remote PIN codes)
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your package.
6. Packaging & Handling
- All electronic items are packed securely in tamper-proof and protective packaging.
- Fragile items are bubble-wrapped and sealed to prevent damage in transit.
7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
- While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- Natural disasters
- Strikes or political unrest
- Courier delays
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
- If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us at info@justthinkk.in with your Order ID.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
- Do not accept any package that appears tampered with or physically damaged.
- If you receive a damaged package, take photos/videos immediately and email us at info@justthinkk.in within 24 hours of delivery.
- Once verified, we will take the necessary action as per our Return Policy.
9. Address & Delivery Instructions
- Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are accurate.
- We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
10. Undelivered Orders
If an order is returned to us due to:
- Customer not available
- Repeated delivery attempts failed
- Incorrect address
We may:
- Reship it (additional shipping charges may apply), or
- Cancel the order and process a refund after deducting shipping and handling fees
