2. Return Window
- You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Return requests raised after 3 days will not be entertained.
3. Return Approval Process

- Ask for images/videos of the product in its current condition.
- Conduct a manual review of your request.
- Approve or reject the return based on our verification.
- Return is not automatic. We manually verify the claim before issuing a return approval.
- If approved, we will arrange for a pickup or ask you to ship it back to us depending on your location.
4. Product Condition During Return
- The returned product must be in its original condition with all accessories, manuals, packaging, and invoice included.
- If the product is received by us in a used or damaged state, your return will be rejected and the product will be sent back to you at your cost.

We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used items.
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.

Refunds at Just Thinkk are processed only after manual verification of the returned product. This ensures fairness and prevents abuse of the refund system.

- If the product is found to be unused and in original condition.

- Refunds may take 5โ10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
3. Deductions (if applicable)
We reserve the right to deduct:
- Shipping charges, if paid by us for return pickup.
- Any damages or missing items from the refund amount.
4. No Cash Refunds
- All refunds will be made electronically to the original payment source.
- No cash or cheque refunds will be provided.
